The Community Living Program, operated by the Region IIIC Area Agency on Aging (Area Agency on Aging 3C) serving the Branch-Hillsdale-St. Joseph area, helps seniors remain in their own homes rather than move into a care facility. It does this by arranging and coordinating the in-home long-term-care services that make independent living possible for older adults with significant needs.
