Resources Available in the Upper Peninsula

The Upper Peninsula Caregiver Resource Center, a program of UPCAP (the Upper Peninsula’s Area Agency on Aging), is the dedicated source of caregiver support for families across all fifteen counties of Michigan’s Upper Peninsula.
