MI Virtual Caregiver Support Groups
Caregiving can be both rewarding and challenging. Connecting with others who understand your experience can make it easier to navigate the ups and downs. The Michigan Area Agencies on Aging offer three monthly virtual support groups designed to help caregivers manage common concerns and build resilience.
Each session explores topics such as setting healthy boundaries, asking for help, avoiding burnout, addressing family dynamics, and improving wellbeing through better sleep, fall prevention, and self-care strategies.
Choose the group that fits your needs:
– General Caregiving
