Region 9 AAA Information and Assistance Team

NEMCSA, the Region 9 Area Agency on Aging for northeastern Michigan, helps caregivers address home safety and fall-prevention needs through its free Information and Assistance (I&A) Team. I&A specialists assess each situation and connect families to the supports that make a home safer — from in-home services and home modifications to assistive technology, durable medical equipment, and care management — drawing on NEMCSA’s broader network and Caregiver Resource Center.
