Caregiver Resource Network

The Caregiver Resource Network is a collaborative of West Michigan organizations — anchored by the Area Agency on Aging of Western Michigan — that brings together services, education, and support for family caregivers in one place. Rather than leaving caregivers to navigate a maze of separate agencies, the network coordinates resources so families can find what they need more easily.
