Dementia Caregiver Series: 3-Part Webinar
A 3-part webinar designed to help improve skills and confidence for people taking care of someone at home with dementia or Alzheimer’s. This program helps caregivers understand the effects of dementia on the brain, learn how to communicate and create a positive caregiving environment, understand how to manage or redirect challenging behavior, and provide meaningful daily activities.

Chronic Pain PATH
Chronic Pain PATH is a six-week, interactive Zoom workshop designed to help individuals living with chronic pain develop practical strategies for improved self-management. Participants learn skills such as pacing for optimal energy, managing fatigue and difficult emotions, improving sleep, adopting healthy eating habits, staying active through the Moving Easy Program, and fostering positive thinking and communication. Sessions last 2.5 hours each week and require a webcam and microphone.

Matter of Balance
Matter of Balance is a supportive, 8-session workshop—offered online and in person—that empowers older adults to regain confidence, flexibility, and strength, so they can stay active and independent.
Through guided discussions, goal-setting, and practical exercises, this program helps participants view falls as manageable, take steps to reduce risks, and build the physical skills needed to navigate daily life with ease and assurance.

Dementia Friends Workshop
Dementia Friends USA is a nationwide movement changing the way people think, act, and talk about dementia. By incorporating Dementia Friends into open, accessible communities, those living with dementia and those who care about them continue to be active participants in the communities in which they reside.

Diabetes PATH
Are you living with pre-diabetes or managing Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes? Diabetes PATH (Personal Action Toward Health) is a dynamic 6-week, 2.5-hour-per-week interactive workshop offered online via Zoom that equips you with practical tools to live healthier and do more of what matters.
From managing blood sugar levels and crafting balanced meal plans to reducing stress, navigating difficult emotions, and taking steps to prevent long-term complications—this program supports you in setting your own goals, fostering better habits, and improving your overall well-being.
Caregivers and loved ones are also encouraged to join in as active participants.

Additionally, this workshop focuses on self-care for you, the caregiver. The workshop will not focus on specific diseases or hands-on care.
