Virtual Dementia Caregiving Support Groups
Join us for an open and welcoming conversation designed for caregivers — especially those supporting someone living with dementia. This informal group offers a space for meaningful dialogue, peer connection, and access to helpful resources. Participants are encouraged to share experiences, reflect, and connect with others who understand the challenges and rewards of caregiving.
Meetings are held on the first Wednesday of each month from 5:00–6:30 PM EST online via Zoom.

Dementia Friends Workshop
Dementia Friends USA is a nationwide movement changing the way people think, act, and talk about dementia. By incorporating Dementia Friends into open, accessible communities, those living with dementia and those who care about them continue to be active participants in the communities in which they reside.

Hilarity for Charity (HFC)
HFC offers free, online support groups, aimed at assisting caregivers at any stage of an Alzheimer’s diagnosis journey, including the bereavement period.
Specialized sessions are available to address the distinct needs of chosen family caregivers, male caregivers, and Spanish-speaking caregivers.

Be Our Guest Adult Day Service
Be Our Guest Adult Day Service (BOGADS) is a trusted resource for individuals and families facing dementia—including Alzheimer’s and related conditions like Parkinson’s and Lewy Body Disease—as well as other chronic health concerns.
To support caregivers, BOGADS also offers a virtual support group that meets twice each month.

Alzheimer’s Association: Michigan Chapter – Support Groups
Build a support system with people who understand. Alzheimer’s Association® Caregiver Support Groups, conducted by trained facilitators, are a safe place for caregivers, family & friends of persons with dementia to develop a support system, exchange practical information on caregiving challenges, possible solutions and learn about community resources, talk through issues and ways of coping and share feelings, needs, ideas and concerns.
